Red, Qvevri, naturally dry wine is made from 2021 harvest, Budeshuri Grape variety, which is cultivated in Racha, in the Khvanchkara zone. Fermentation in Qvevri gives the wine dark pomegranate color. The taste of Sapere is natural, harmonious and calm, pleasantly accompanied by fruit tones. Sapere is best served with meat or cheese dishes. This dry wine pleasantly balances sweet-tasting meals and desserts. Consider that this wine reveals its best flavors at +12℃ - +18℃ degrees. Alcohol percentage 13.5%. Wine is half filtered and particles can settle at the bottom. Contains sulfites.
